Greg Tripper grew up in Maryland close to the Washington D.C./Baltimore area. Greg has an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering and now
resides in good ol' Pennsylvania with his his wife, daughter and goofball dog, Jerry. While in pursuit of my other writing endeavors my wife suggested that I try writing
a Children's book. I thought this was a great idea, (thanks Sweetie) but at the time I really couldn't think of anything that I really liked, and just decided that I would
wait for inspiration to hit because I only wanted to do something that I really believed in. That's where my daughter came in. AKA: inspiration. For a time my daughter was
completely obsessed with elephants and she always made me play "save the baby elephant" with her. Somehow, with sore knees, I channeled her imagination and quickly came up
with the story for "Elliott the Forgetful Elephant: Lost in the Jungle" and she, in one way or another, also inspired "The Great Peanut Mystery" & Elliott meets the Forget
bird" and there's no stopping me now.
